I have spent the past five years using menstrual cups and have never turned back into other period products. I have a really low cervix and have always struggled to find a menstrual cup that suits me. I am 31 years old, and decided to go for the smallest Libby Cup. I was surprised that it worked as well as it did, since I had so many issues in the past with other brands.

I went for the biggest Libby Cup. I have extremely heavy periods and found that I was always flooding through with my old cup. The biggest Libby Cup is somewhat bigger than what I am used to, but I was unable to feel it when it was in.

I am big into open water swimming. Before now I have just done free-bleeding (I hate tampons soaking up the salt water). My friend convinced me to try a menstrual cup. I am absolutely thrilled with it. My new prized possession! When swimming I can hardly feel it. Much nicer than bleeding into my cosy!

The Libby Cup has been both a revelation and a liberation! Since recovering from a re-balance of my hormones after years of hormonal contraception from a young age, my periods had become long, extremely heavy and cripplingly painful. Pair that with the general shame and lack of awareness around periods and I, like many others, built up so much negativity around my bleed. In an attempt to be eco-friendly I opted for another branded menstrual cup some years ago and even though this enabled me to connect more with this process (the sight of all that blood was something to behold!), I was still holding onto so much resistance due to the discomfort the cup caused me. Especially during a time when your body is already super sensitive. I was about to give up on cups altogether but I’m grateful to say the Libby cup found me just in time! It’s super soft, without compromising on its performance to hold in liquid, which paired with the clever textured base for added grip, makes this the easiest to use and most pain-free cup ever. This is a serious game-changer for me, as my heavy bleed on day 2 and 3 of my cycle means I have to take out and clean my cup fairly often. The constant taking out/putting back in of the older, harder silicone models caused such discomfort and an ache that could last for days after the heavy bleeding stopped. It was so disheartening and confirmation of how much a pain periods can be! Now? I am finally comfortable enough to enjoy all of the serious magic that can be gleaned from loving and connecting to your cycle. These cups come in such great sizes too.. The big cup is big! But still easy enough to insert once you get the hang of it. It really makes a difference for someone like me to not have to change it quite so frequently. On my heaviest days, I pair the cup with a re-usable pad for extra security if I’m out and about and once the flow dies down I switch to my SECOND Libby Cup in it’s smallest size. This cup is such a dream!!! Finally women have an option to ditch the over-kill of an enormous cup on the days when they require something much lighter. I can imagine this would be a great option for those trying a cup for the first time too. It’s so easy to use and super cute. Love the little droplet design also, all round just so much care and attention has gone into this product. Have recommended it to all my friends!

As someone who cares about our impact on the environment, I have been thinking about changing from regular tampon use to a menstrual cup. The Libby cup with its eye catching packaging caught my attention and I liked that there was a clear choice of sizing to help direct me as a first time user. The cup is incredibly comfortable and really easy to remove and the stem is a good length. As a first time user these were my main concerns, but I'm really glad that I made the switch. I would recommend this cup to anyone, especially first time users as my experience has been positive. The Libby Cup gives you one less thing to worry about during your cycle and I love how I’m making a contribution to decreasing our negative impact on the planet.

Only now have I found a menstrual product that I am happy with. I hated spending money every month on plastic pads. I have a really light flow and so resent paying for and using so much plastic, it feels really unnecessary. I decided to try the Libby Cup as a one off payment. I went for the smallest one, I am really pleased with it. I'll never have to buy anything else again!

TG for Libby cup!! The gentlest beauty in a time of need. I am so glad to have discovered Libby cup after years of struggling with cups being too rigid on those days when I'm just too sore and sensitive! The silicone used in Libby cup is so soft and gentle, you can feel it at first touch, and really slips up in there nicely. On the third day of my period, everything feels very swollen and raw, even a finger feels like too much to put inside and so I sometimes resort to pads - not my personal fave! I use Libby B cup on the first two days as it is larger and holds more and then I switch to the C cup when everything is slowing down.

Perfect for a low cervix! Around day 2.5/3 of bleeding my cervix drops and becomes low and hard, making it difficult to insert most cups. I have found the C cup version of Libby cup to be perfect in this situation. It is much less thick than anything I have previously used, yet it still holds a sizeable amount so I don't have to change it too often, but is slim and soft. Using a scissors, I snipped about half of the bottom off of the stem, on account of my cervix being low on those days, it was sitting too low and causing discomfort. Now it's perfect as I still have enough to hold on to when removing but can't feel it once it is inserted. I use the B cup version of Libby cup first. Then, once my cervix drops I switch to the C cup.

I believe I was Libby Cup’s first official customer(?!) and have used my cup for two cycles so far. Although it sounds like a total cliché, it truly has changed my heckin’ life. I am learning so much about my body and can’t stop talking about cycles with every everyone I know

The Libby cup is so easy to use, so comfortable and with the choice of three sizes, I went for the smallest size, the stem is long enough for easy retrieval but without being uncomfortable, I couldn't feel it when inside correctly, Hurrah!
